      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for customers regarding storage hardware and software products
      - Conduct daily remote monitoring of storage environments to ensure optimal performance
      - Write and submit knowledge-based articles related to resolved cases to enhance team resources
      - Manage open support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions for customers
      - Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop customized solutions and maintain positive relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
      - In-depth technical knowledge and strong problem analysis skills
      - Excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills
      - Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime
      - Proactive approach to identifying and delivering value to customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience providing technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
      - Familiarity with various operating systems including Linux, Unix, Windows, and Mac OS
      - Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with hardware and software products
      - Experience with scripting languages and storage protocols such as SCSI, Lustre, GPFS, and SAN
