      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with end users and business stakeholders to explain reported issues and solutions
      - Perform in-depth technical analysis for production incidents, including resolution and root cause analysis
      - Publish knowledge articles and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
      - Identify, debug, and troubleshoot break-fix issues to full resolution
      - Collaborate with Engineering and DevSecOps teams to support IAM and CPAM service offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IAM/IGA or related solutions
      - Strong domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
      - Hands-on experience configuring and deploying IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager
      - Strong hands-on scripting experience (e.g., Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools like Postman
      - Database experience, including SQL and database operations
      - Working knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
      - Experience working with global customers and a strong customer-first mindset
