What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer technical inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Provide individualized responses to customer concerns and technical support for products
- Document calls in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary contact for solution-specific inquiries, providing education and training
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Vocational certification, technical certification, or Associate degree required, or equivalent Military Technical Training
- 2-4 years of Biomed or Technical Service experience in medical devices or healthcare required
- Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting principles and technical service operations
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ONE MD, SAP, and Call Center Infrastructure
- Experience communicating effectively with upper-level management and cross-functional teams
