What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier I and II technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution for customers through step-by-step solutions
- Review incoming requests, sort, code, and prioritize for proper action
- Resolve problems or escalate to senior technical support as necessary
- Fulfill individual requests for information and training on various databases
- Maintain network diagrams and circuit records while instructing users in the use of PCs and networks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school level reading, writing, and analytical skills; minimum of 1 year of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with network problem resolution
- Experience with Tier I and Tier II functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical support role within IT services
- Familiarity with automated information systems and technical research
- Knowledge of PC, PBX, and network software programming
