      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions for resolution
      - Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments through continuous communication
      - Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative
      - Communicate service-related documentation, including field bulletins and product updates, to customers and team members
      - Collaborate in continuous training efforts to enhance product proficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Three (3) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
      - Proven problem-solving capabilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contact center or hands-on equipment repair work
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
