What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert technical support to various departments, troubleshooting and maintaining critical systems
- Administer and maintain user account access for lab and manufacturing systems
- Independently author job aids and knowledge articles to document system administration procedures
- Assist in executing installation validation protocols during system implementation
- Proactively identify and rectify system flaws related to connectivity, security, and system integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing
- Proficiency in a Windows OS environment and PowerShell scripting
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology)
- Previous experience in a similar technical support role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
