      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level I and II technical support, managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
      - Troubleshoot software and hardware systems with a focus on enhancing patient care
      - Document all customer interactions accurately within company systems
      - Assist with sales support duties including account creation and inventory management
      - Provide emergency coverage as needed, maintaining critical functions during off-hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum one (1) year of experience in technical support, software administration, or IT helpdesk
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite, PowerBI, Salesforce, and IT ticket management systems
      - Medical industry experience and knowledge of basic medical terminology
      - High School diploma required; bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus

      - Experience with medical devices
      - Familiarity with basic networking and network security
      - Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with customers and colleagues
      - Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
