  Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead,
  
  As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.   Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United State are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quincy, MA or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
  • At least 4 years of software testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle

  Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
  • At least 4 years’ hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium, Java, Cucumber & SQL
  • Experience with tools such as Cucumber, TestNG, IntelliJ, GitHub and Eclipse
  • Knowledge and experience working in a CICD pipeline environment.
  • Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution as well as experience documenting software defects.
  • Maintain automated test scripts libraries for Functional Regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Java Programming, SQL and UI test automation.
  • Experience in designing and building test automation framework.
  • At least 4 years of experience in leading testing teams taking complete ownership of deliverables.
  • Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model.
  • Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes
  • At least 4 years of experience in Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
  • At least 4 years of experience in using any programming language like Java
  • Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have knowledge in Capital Market and Private Market
  • Should have experience in JIRA -XRAY
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
  • Ability to contribute towards in-depth technical content required on test automation proposals.
  • Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements.
  • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

  The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
