      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead product training with a focus on CoCounsel Legal and deliver training on related legal products as needed
      - Conduct multi-client workshops and dedicated training sessions for customers and partners, both virtually and onsite
      - Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training materials
      - Maintain and update training assets to ensure alignment with product releases and enhance learner engagement
      - Collect and analyze feedback and training data to drive continuous improvement in training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate (JD) with bar admission in at least one U.S. state (preferred)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a General Counsel office or handling compliance/transactional matters
      - Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based platforms
      - Proven ability to deliver live and virtual training to groups of various sizes
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience designing and facilitating practical, hands-on learning activities
      - Agility in managing technical issues and varied participant skill levels
      - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across a complex organization
      - Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in legal workflows
      - Willingness to travel for onsite training as needed
