What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and update engaging training materials for both classroom and eLearning courses
- Deliver dynamic Tekla PowerFab training sessions using various onsite and virtual methods
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on complex issues, including installation and interoperability
- Actively identify program requirements and manage schedules for timely delivery of training programs
- Tailor training programs to meet specific client expectations and enhance organizational performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with PowerFab software
- Proven ability to deliver training and presentations to groups, both remote and in-person, for at least 1 year
- Demonstrated proficiency in educating various project roles, including IT and Operations
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience actively supporting clients in a training queue environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
