What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and update engaging training materials for classroom and eLearning courses
- Deliver effective Tekla PowerFab training sessions using onsite and virtual methods
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on complex issues like installation and interoperability
- Identify program requirements, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of training programs
- Tailor training programs to meet client expectations and enhance organizational performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerFab software
- Proven ability to deliver training and presentations to groups for at least 1 year
- Demonstrated proficiency in educating various project roles, including IT and Operations
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to transcend language and cultural barriers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience supporting clients in a training queue environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
