What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with organizational stakeholders to assess training needs and develop appropriate training materials
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for staff and judicial officers
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and track progress
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Facilitate training sessions both in-person and potentially in a remote setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in instructional design, education, information systems, public administration, business administration, or closely related field, plus two (2) years of related experience; or
- High School diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in designing and delivering staff training programs
- Proven experience in course design and curriculum development
- Strong background in training needs assessments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a judicial or legal environment
- Familiarity with instructional design software and tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning experiences
- Strong presentation and communication skills
