What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries, providing empathetic and timely resolutions for technical and product-related issues
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high levels of responsiveness and reliability during support shifts
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and services to deliver informed support
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of products and support materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced technical support role with enterprise customers for AI-driven products
- Exceptional empathy and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a creative approach to complex issues
- Solid understanding of APIs and the ability to troubleshoot API-related concepts
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems; experience with Intercom is a plus
