JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for creating/revising, controlling, and sustaining technical documentation developed to
assist with Quality and Manufacturing processes at the facility.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Creating/Revising/Maintaining Procedures/Work Instructions/MSs/Preventive Maintenance
Documents/Training Plans/Training Curriculums.
• Understand technical information/OEM material and convert to compliant and orderly processes, work
instructions and training.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point in order to manager various types of documentation:
Manufacturing Specifications, Wet Wipe Manufacturing/Maintenance/Quality/Logistics/Chemical Mixing SOPs
and Training Plans/Curriculums.
• Demonstrate commitment to Rockline’s RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
• Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner.
Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate’s essential accountabilities.

needed or requested.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the
essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or
ability required.)
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required, preferably in an FDA regulated
environment.
• Associate degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills required with strong language and sentence structure skills; technical
writing experience a plus.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail required.
• High motivation and ability to work independently.
• Formal training and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
