- Develop, revise, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system manuals, operational procedures, and project reports.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to document user stories, functional requirements, and system updates in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of documentation through rigorous Quality Assurance processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather technical details, ensuring documentation meets operational and end-user requirements.
- Manage version control of documentation and maintain an organized repository for easy access and updates.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for documentation standards and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a government or defense-related environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and Agile development principles.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or specialized software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence).
- Familiarity with MSC operations and integrated business systems is an advantage.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
