What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, write, and edit client-deliverable and internal educational materials
- Develop and maintain application documentation, including release notes, user guides, system requirements, and video instruction
- Assist in content gathering and creation of video education for internal staff and external clients
- Proofread and edit documentation created by various departments
- Manage consistent documentation request process expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Technical Writing, English-Writing, Communications, or related field preferred, or 2+ years of technical writing experience for a software application
- Working knowledge of documentation management tools and experience with workflow management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Experience in a SDLC environment
- SaaS experience preferred
- HTML and CSS knowledge a plus
- Instructional Design experience a plus
- Pendo experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Madcap Suite (Flare, Central, and Capture)
- Experience with Git source control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
