What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and publish process documentation (SOP) for internal support teams
- Work within a content management system to stage and publish SOPs
- Collaborate with Content Management Specialists to transform documentation into the required coded format
- Ensure the quality and usefulness of all content published to the SOP repository
- Seek clarity in ambiguous situations to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years in a writing or lead writing role
- Proven ability to work with developers and write for a developer audience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with XML-based publishing systems
- Ability to manage a queue of work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of DITA XML coding language, HTML, and OxygenXML Author
- Experience with web services and related technologies
- Efficiency in communication and organization
