Job Description
- Req#: 569502
- Assist with documentation associated with the manufacture of medical devices
- Write various technical reports, SOPs, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with all business units/SMEs for technical review of documentation
- Understand quality change procedures and contribute/draft associated documentation
- A technical degree and/or technical writing certification with 0-1 years’ experience OR an equivalent of education and experience in Sciences
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to take on new challenges and solve problems with direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A technical degree and/or technical writing certification from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Previous experience in medical devices or another highly regulated industry (e.g., automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc.)
- Experience building macros on Microsoft Excel

About the role:
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our team on a two-year contract basis. The Technical Writer will assist with the preparation of documentation to assist with the manufacture of our products. Reporting directly to the Technical Writing Team Leader, the individual will also support continuous improvements within the department.Your responsibilities will include:
