What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, edit, and manage structured technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with teams to translate complex content into accessible documentation
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for generative AI tools to streamline documentation workflows
- Manage documentation lifecycle and version control for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct content audits and governance reviews to ensure documentation quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content governance, or knowledge management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Writing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Experience with data cleansing, structuring, and AI ingestion preparation
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite for documentation, data governance, or reporting purposes
- Familiarity with documentation platforms, knowledge management tools, and collaborative workflow systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining documentation integrity
