What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop documentation standards and formats for release notes, manuals, help files, and other media as needed
- Document enhancements and bug fixes in release notes using various resources such as functional specifications and application testing
- Maintain end-user documentation in the form of manuals and help files
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve product usability
- Revise documents as new issues arise and communicate with management and development teams regarding documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of technical, functional, and user-facing writing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience designing and testing web applications
- Proficient in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in knowledge management, content design, digital design, and technical documentation formatting
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals
