What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting guides for systems and processes
- Translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation for non-technical audiences
- Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary data for documentation
- Organize and manage multiple documentation projects while adhering to deadlines
- Utilize authoring tools and information mapping techniques to prepare technical write-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Strong command of the English language, both oral and written, with effective communication skills
- Ability to self-manage work assignments and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in English, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of PHP and .NET
- Experience with creating workflows using Lucidchart
- Familiarity with best practices for code development and technical architecture
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
