What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for a pilot Salesforce Application
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is user-friendly
- Update documentation as necessary to reflect changes in the application
- Support training and onboarding efforts by creating instructional materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in technical writing or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce applications or similar technology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with government agencies or in a government contracting environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe RoboHelp
