      Title: Technical Writer
      Location: Wyandotte, MI 48192
      Duration : 6+ Months Contract
      Hours: Hours for position are flexible, can be full time or part time

      Job Description
      Candidate needs to know SAP; will rewriting technical procedures and will need to understand the technical and industry language; Office setting; scanning/copying/pasting/printing/filing documents; Use internet for research. Need to self-sufficient and self-learner. This position is a new position within the team.

      Primary responsibilities are to collaborate with SME''s to gather information on work processes and manufacturing equipment operation in order to produce Procedures within a pre-defined template.

      Required:
      Proactively works with partners and initiative sponsors to write policies and procedures for multiple departments under tight deadlines.
      Works with Intellidox to post documents to the Database Management System.
      Solid writing and communication skills
      Ability to lead discussions and focus groups
      Self-motivated and able to work independently and within teams
      Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word.

      Preferences:
      Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
      **Some College experience preferred**
