Job Description

- Write clear, concise, and error-free copy that reflects Brightly’s unique tone of voice.
- Learn and stay current on target audiences and key messaging and positioning around how our products and services solve client pain points.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather information, collaborate on feedback and refinements, and deliver against deadlines.
- Interpret creative direction and technical information, turning them into persuasive copy for conversion.
- Drive best practices for website SEO and AI ranking.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and graphic designers to bring your words to life on screen What you will need.
- 3+ years' experience producing conversion copy for digital channels, including landing pages, display and search ad copy, emails, and blogs.
- Experience working within an established brand and implementing messaging and tone of voice guidelines.
- Experience with SEO copywriting and best practices.
- You’re highly motivated. Things move fast at Brightly, and we’re looking for a self-starter with a desire to make a big impact by crafting compelling messages across key target audiences.
- Big plus is experience writing for B2B and SaaS companies.

About the job
This role is for someone who enjoys composing captivating, conversion-driven website copy across multiple touchpoints and marketing channels. As a part of the Content and Creative team, you will develop compelling web and landing page copy with a consistent brand voice that differentiates Brightly from competitors and engages and converts readers. The right person for this role is: a conversion-oriented brand champion, a dedicated problem-solver, self-motivated, adaptable, reliable, detail-oriented, curious, passionate, and collaborative.
