What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define product positioning and marketing strategies to drive sales of innovative poultry products and services
- Provide technical support and solutions for customers, including field evaluations and issue resolution
- Act as the employer’s technical ambassador through presentations, publications, and participation in industry events
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute customer action plans and targeted marketing initiatives
- Deliver training programs for the sales force on product positioning, technical literature, and industry practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- DVM or PhD in Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical/scientific experience in poultry or animal production industries
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, commercial applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences, from producers to academics
- Ability to travel up to 50%
