Job Description
- Req#: 48405
- Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the field operative.
- The field operative accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
- The field operative cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
- Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method,
- Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
- Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.

We are now looking for Technician, Crane Service who is passionate about working in Field Services role. In this role, you will be responsible for the services and maintenance at site location.
Your key role:
Qualification and Experience: Diploma/B.E (Electrical)
Number of years of experience: 2-4 years
Reporting to: Service Manager
