      Job Description

      This position is responsible to ensure that customer’s on-site dental equipment is operating properly. Work mainly focuses on troubleshooting and repairing of equipment, as well as supporting the installation of equipment and the sales of maintenance contracts.

      Maintain a high level of client service by

      • Responding promptly to service requests
      • Following through on commitments to customers and internal colleagues
      • Listening to customer issues
      • Communicating client service information with the Sales Representatives and the Service Coordinators
      • Completing work orders
      • Maintaining appropriate tools, supplies and parts within vehicle

      Maintain client equipment by

      • Documenting equipment issues and completed repairs
      • Diagnosing equipment issues and arranging for required parts, supplies or tools
      • Communicating equipment issues and recommended repairs to the customers
      • Adjusting, repairing or calibrating equipment based on manufacturer’s specifications
      • Following through on maintenance contracts

      Supports new equipment installations by

      • Providing follow up support within committed timelines
      • Verifying equipment is set to manufacturer’s specifications
      • Selling maintenance contracts

      Maintain a safe and respectful environment by

      • Reporting incidents, injuries or near misses
      • Conducting oneself in accordance with Sinclair’s policies
      • Participating in ongoing educational programs
      • Dental Equipment Manufacturer certification training a huge asset
      • Certification, Diploma or Degree in mechanical, electrical, small machine repair etc. is an asset
      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience repairing equipment
      • Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or plumbing

      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Aptitude for problem solving
      • Able to prioritize and organize work schedule with limited supervision
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills

      Ce poste est responsable de s’assurer que l’équipement dentaire sur site du client fonctionne correctement. Le travail consiste principalement à diagnostiquer et réparer l’équipement, ainsi qu’à soutenir l’installation des équipements et la vente de contrats d’entretien.

      Maintenir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle en :

      • Répondant rapidement aux demandes de service

      • Communiquant les problèmes d’équipement et les réparations recommandées aux clients
      • Ajustant, réparant ou calibrant l’équipement selon les spécifications du fabricant
      • Respectant les contrats d’entretien

      Soutenir les nouvelles installations d’équipement en :

      • Fournissant un suivi dans les délais convenus
      • Vérifiant que l’équipement est conforme aux spécifications du fabricant
      • Vendrant des contrats d’entretien

      Maintenir un environnement sûr et respectueux en :

      • Signalant les incidents, blessures ou quasi-accidents
      • Se conformant aux politiques de Sinclair
      • Participant à des programmes éducatifs continus
      • La certification du fabricant d’équipements dentaires est un atout majeur
      • Certificat, diplôme ou diplôme universitaire en mécanique, électricité, réparation de petites machines, etc., est un atout
      • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en réparation d’équipement
      • Expérience en mécanique, électricité, électronique, pneumatique, hydraulique et/ou plomberie

      Compétences :

      • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
      • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes
      • Capacité à prioriser et organiser son horaire de travail avec une supervision limitée
      • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite

      The anticipated salary range for this position:

      $53,800.00 - $80,600.00 Annual
