What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend changes in support of assigned applications/systems
- Support planning, design, development, build, and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems
- Lead and/or coordinate conversions, application/system testing, and documentation of system procedures
- Participate in training design and development and assist in training execution for assigned projects
- Provide go-live support and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology experience
- Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role
- For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s)
- Willingness to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
