- Facilitate central reporting of objectives & key results/updates to line of business senior leadership including design, build and coordination of the initial reporting framework
- Provide business Management and oversight of day-to-day operations for the Card tech organization
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions
- Work with product line’s stakeholders to address standardized reporting and requirements
- Facilitate the timely creation of monthly cross product reporting
- Review existing processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices
- Support modernization of our engineering practices on multiple fronts
- Lead project management from project start through project completion for special ad hoc projects for Finance & Business Management
- Lead projects for organizational changes associated with the introduction of Agile and Product Aligned Architecture
- Coordinate and support key forums across the product teams
- 7+ years of Project Management, Business Management, Chief Operating Office or Project Management Office experience involving complex business, operations and technology delivery
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate and develop new concepts, processes and value added activities
- Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable
- Ability to work effectively with other lines of business, finance teams and technology partners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - proven ability to produce quality results timely
- Excellent issue resolution skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Business applications (Tableau)

As a Business Manager within the Technology Finance & Business Management team, you will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Technology for the Card Technology organization across a variety of initiatives and functions. Your role will involve fostering strong working relationships across technology leadership, product teams, finance, and horizontal lines of business. You will collaborate with Finance & Business Management leads to promote consistent business management practices, the development of objectives & key results, and the establishment of logical key performance measures and reporting, all with a focus on continuous improvement in accuracy and control. Your responsibilities will also include providing resource management communications, providing planning/forecasting guidance, and coordinating core business requirements. Additionally, you will handle sourcing, collating, and reporting data related to objectives & key results, product roadmaps, metrics, and financial updates, including future iterations and improvements. Your role will also encompass leading ad-hoc projects and coordinating key forums as required by a Business Management team.
For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our Jersey City, NJ or Wilmington, DE offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
