      As the Technology Business Management Vice President within the Commercial Banking Finance and Business Management group, you will be working on a team responsible for the analyzing, understanding and presenting technology expenses and allocations in support of Commercial Bank’s Chief Information Office, Chief Technology Offices and product owners. This includes conducting monthly reviews, quarter business reviews, mid-year forecast and annual budgeting focusing on headcount, financials, location strategy and investment governance. Additionally, you will have r ad-hoc projects in support of Commercial Bank Technology’s objectives and business strategy. You will work closely with Commercial Bank Tech, Global Tech Finance & Business Management and other groups as needed. This role will be heavily focused on financial and business management activities and requires the ability to coordinate activities and responses across a variety of teams, interacting regularly with key stakeholders to delivery business results. You are a self-starter, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

      Job responsibilities

      • Preparation of Executive reporting packages to communicate Commercial Bank’s incoming technology allocations in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
      • Proactively analyze financial results, trends, research issues, and provide crisp variance commentary
      • Create strong partnerships with Global Tech Finance & Business Management and Corporate Allocations teams in order to access and report allocations accurately and consistently across organizations
      • Partner with key stakeholders to highlight opportunities for automation and online reporting to provider enhanced transparency
      • Provide business manage support to Commercial Bank Tech’s Chief Information Office and Chief Technology Offices covering Headcount and budgeting/forecasting
      • Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization
      • Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
      • 5-10+ years in financial reporting or related banking experience
      • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/PitchPRO with excellent presentation and data visualization skills
      • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, leadership, and quantitative skills; aptitude to drive reporting and projects individually and with a team.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships with the management team and team members within the business
      • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
      • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
