What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions for Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) and Network Operations Centers (NOC)
- Conduct analyses of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop strategic plans to enhance the capabilities and resilience of client EOCs and NOCs
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and integration of new systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, focusing on EOC and NOC environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing technology solutions for mission-critical operations centers
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, communication systems, and data center technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning
