What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to cast members via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
