What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead integration projects connecting QuickBooks/Sage with other business platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerce)
- Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual data entry and reconciliation
- Create documentation for integration processes and best practices
- Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and external vendors to optimize accounting systems
- Evaluate new integration tools and technologies to improve accounting operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage accounting software
- Proven track record implementing and managing accounting software integrations
- Familiarity with common business systems that connect to accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in QuickBooks or Sage products
- Experience with custom API development for accounting systems
- Project management experience
