Partner with, and influence, stakeholders in the region from development, infrastructure and production on risk identification, remediation solutions, and managing change conflicts to build momentum in optimizing the processes and platforms across Production
Understand emerging trends and proactively address within your domain
Develop a Continuous Service Improvement approach to resolve Information technology failings, drive efficiencies and remove repetition to streamline support activities, reduce risk, and improve system availability
Responsible for the oversight of key incidents & problems, within the domain and oversee major changes impacting the domain and assure production readiness i.e. day-to-day activities
Seasoned people manager with a proven track record of leading small to mid-sized teams
Experienced leader, capable of setting & selling strategy and direction
Strong Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle and the associated control gates
Understanding of Production technologies / tools for automation (RPA, Workload, Batch, Jira, Monitoring/Observability tools like Geneos, New Relic etc)
Deep understanding of application Support and/or Development and complex IT infrastructure (UNIX, Database, Middleware, Cloud etc.)
Highly experienced with Production Application Support best practices
Bachelor’s degree in specific field
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong leadership experience
Self-motivated

Overview
Corporate Bank Technology is recruiting a Production lead, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of a core set of mission critical applications. The right professional will be highly visible to senior stakeholders in the Business, Ops and CIO technology organizations with respect to strategic direction and/or disrupting events. The role sits in Payments processing domain for High Value Payments (HVP) suite of applications and will have additional responsibilities to manage payments team from location leadership standpoint.
You will also play a key role developing our workforce and strengthening the Engineering Culture and Skills, including the influence of key stakeholders surrounding production. It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
