- 2 or more years of experience in Information Technology/Transportation/Intermodal Operations, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations Management to ensure the efficient utilization of resources
- Knowledge of cloud (Azure and Salesforce) systems and low code (Microsoft Power Platform) technologies
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization of workflow and system
- Knowledge of risk and cost analysis to ensure resource optimization with risk-to-benefit valuation
- Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and influence skills
- Problem-solving, analysis, organizational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Fosters a culture of innovation
- Pattern and dependency recognition supporting the development of sustainable and adaptable systems in various domains and contexts
- Project Management skills to support the planning and execution of complex projects

Job Summary: Technology Leadership Development Associate
Fortune 250 company seeking future business leaders to help foster growth, efficiency and innovation as a Technology Leadership Development Associate (LDA). Leadership Development Associates participate in a 12-month program aimed at developing the skills of future business leaders within the Technology organization. The Technology LDA creates innovative applications, processes, and tools that support business needs and enable business growth. LDAs serve as key members of product and software engineering teams to discover business opportunities which lead to the design, development, and sustainability of high quality software. The LDA will work in a full-time position within CSX Technology while also participating in a structured orientation and career development program to increase their knowledge of CSX and the railroad industry.
The Leadership Development Program will provide opportunities for the associate to learn fundamental concepts of the railroad industry, visit field locations, meet CSX leadership, and work with other associates in the program.
IMPORTANT: This program will have a start date of June 2024

Leadership Development Professionals will be placed with a technology team based on their skills, aspirations, and active company initiatives. An LDA may work with one or more teams including: Applications Development, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Agile Delivery, Enterprise Engineering (including Mobility, DevOps, and Cloud), User Experience, IT Operations, Integrations/API, Project Management, Robotics/Drones, and Service Support.
Regardless of team placement, all technology LDAs play an important role in advancing and delivering Technology initiatives. The expectations of these compensated positions include, but are not limited to:
