What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and tracking of departmental goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
- Provide analytical support to technology leadership, including preparing data-driven insights and executive-level presentation materials
- Draft executive-level content for presentations, reports, and communications that clearly articulate complex ideas and recommendations
- Track departmental expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to gather input and support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial or Process Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in consulting, business operations, financial analysis, technology strategy, or a related area
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating executive-level content
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and synthesize insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to streamline tasks, enhance analysis, or improve communication
- Ownership mentality with initiative and a proactive approach to learning and improving processes
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
