You Are:

An Information Technology professional with the skills to help clients solve their business challenges through technology (without ignoring the people and process aspect). Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to manage highly effective teams who solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You have a background in working hands-on as part of a system implementation project or within application or infrastructure management support model. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game and deliver upon our promises to Accenture and our clients.

The Work:

Responsible for an account or group of accounts’ technology services plan and growth strategy
Accountable for the account Technology Sales, Revenue, and CCI Plan
Leads origination / opportunity pursuit of Technology sales on account
Lead Technology projects and/or Support Delivery Leads as an escalation point
Ensure consistent governance across all Technology program
Optimize client service delivery experience by driving DLs to seamlessly deliver across all locations
Understand and Leverage Technology offerings and capabilities to address the need of our client(s)
Responsible for building ecosystem relationships and leveraging those relationships effectively
Sponsor account level people initiatives
Foster a connected community across Technology engagements for knowledge sharing and growth
Contribute to the growth of our people and practice through mentoring, coaching, training, knowledge sharing, and/or contributions toward asset development, etc.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration and/or Application and Infrastructure Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing global teams (including offshore resources)
Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

Bonus Points If:

PMP certified
Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in the Resources Industry (specifically Oil & Gas or Utilities)
SAP Utilities or Oil & Gas

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
