      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore, and onshore consulting services in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space
      - Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
      - Identify and target new business opportunities within the Capital Markets sector
      - Conduct forecasting, prepare bids, negotiate, and manage the sales cycle
      - Leverage extensive industry knowledge to generate leads and submit proposals to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector
      - Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level
      - Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar wins in Capital Markets services, offshoring, or outsourcing deals
      - Current and extensive experience in services and offshoring
      - Ability to generate leads and submit proposals utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multi-year consulting contracts in the BFSI space
      - Established network within the investment banking industry
      - Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing high-value deals
      - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in financial services
      - Ability to develop strategic partnerships with clients
