  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Facilitate and coordinate the centralized project demand management processes from intake through to execution
  - Act as a liaison with other process teams and consult on demand processes
  - Uphold the integrity of incoming demand records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
  - Produce project plans, RFPs, and RFIs, while customizing presentations based on audience interests
  - Manage customer expectations, ensuring prompt and complete customer service
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in demand management, project estimation, and planning
  - ServiceNow experience preferred
  - Operational familiarity with IT services and experience interacting with vendors
  - Experience in the healthcare provider industry is preferred

  - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex business problems
  - Excellent facilitation and communication skills across various settings
  - Demonstrated experience in designing projects requiring systems integration
  - Proactive behaviors and self-management techniques in a professional environment
