      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively prospect and engage SMBs through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
      - Lead discovery sessions to identify business drivers, IT challenges, and risk areas
      - Develop and close multi-year recurring services agreements (MSAs, SLAs)
      - Educate prospects on the value of proactive IT and cybersecurity services
      - Maintain and track pipeline and activity in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in MSP/MSSP or IT services
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a recurring revenue model
      - Strong mix of new business development and account management experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for pipeline management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to business owners, CFOs, and non-technical decision-makers
      - Strong grasp of SMB business models and budgeting dynamics
      - Understanding of core MSP service areas such as RMM, Help Desk Support, and Backup & Disaster Recovery
      - Ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business value
      - Experience with cold calling and business development strategies
