      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide responsive and effective end-user support for the organization's Patient Management Software
      - Document and follow through on inquiries and technical issues to ensure timely resolution
      - Assist in creating user documentation and maintaining functional training materials
      - Conduct training sessions in classroom and web-based environments
      - Monitor and report on system performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred
      - Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience desired
      - Experience in healthcare and clinical billing systems preferred
      - Knowledge and experience with application support and end-user support in vendor applications preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Crystal reporting tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Cerner and understanding of LAN and WAN environments
      - Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
