Provide end-to-end support for enterprise tools, including:

Perform patching, version upgrades, and routine maintenance of supported applications

Support deployment activities for Run applications, ensuring compliance with change management processes

Monitor application health, proactively addressing performance or availability issues
-
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
-
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, patches, and operational procedures
-
Ensure adherence to security standards and governance policies
-
Provide customer-focused support with clear and timely communication during incidents and planned maintenance
-
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required
-
3+ years of experience in Tech Operations or Application Support roles
-
3+ years of hands-on experience with:
-
JIRA
-
GitHub
-
Azure DevOps
-
-
3+ years strong understanding of:
-
Patching
-
Software version management
-
Deployment processes
-
-
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
-
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
-
Strong expertise in application administration and troubleshooting

Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA adherence
-
Solid understanding of security and compliance practices
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Willingness to provide off-hours and weekend support as needed

Experience with GRC platforms such as MetricStream

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices

Exposure to automation tools for patching and deployments

Position Overview
We are seeking a Tech Operations Engineer to support and maintain critical enterprise applications and tools. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, patching, upgrades, and deployment support of Run applications, while working closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
