      Here is what to expect:

      Telecom Analyst
      • Perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
      • Manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
      • Process carrier orders, including but not limited to, new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
      • Prepare quotes, reports and presentations as required.
      • The provisioning of new orders to the business and customers for data circuits.
      • Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison for customer or carrier orders.
      • Act as a key point of contact between the technical teams, end-users, and external vendors to deliver uninterrupted service and communicate project scope, deliverables, timelines, status, risks and updates, as requested.
      • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities independently
      • Ability to manage heavy volumes and often complex telecom invoices and carrier bills
      • Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel, Remedy, Teams, Oracle, Zycus and Jira databases/software
      • Understanding of invoice, allocation, organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices
      • Manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
      • Audit, add, remove and change the client monthly client billing reports, monthly
