What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the single point of contact for multiple client orders, ensuring timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Manage ongoing client interactions, timelines, and critical tasks while resolving order-related issues
- Track project progress, including resource management and workflow supervision of multiple projects
- Facilitate effective internal and external meetings to ensure clear communication of project status
- Collect and record necessary documentation related to customer setup and implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office with great attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with interpersonal and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Comfortable making presentations and facilitating meetings
- Ability to learn and use new software programs easily
