What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an adult patient panel, attending to chronic, acute, preventive, and palliative care needs
- Collaborate with a team of nurses in the field to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize telemedicine platform to review and interact with patients remotely
- Coordinate scheduling, services, and records retrieval for efficient patient care
- Operate electronic health records (EHR) system for documentation and videoconferencing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Virginia License and licensed Board of Directors or Eligible Board in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of clinical practice and recent relevant experience
- Experience with diagnosing, assessing, and treating patients with chronic conditions
- Familiarity with maintaining a patient panel and working with nurses in the care process
- Comfortable with technology, including EHR documentation and videoconferencing/telemedicine

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with geriatric and palliative care patients
- Spanish language skills
