- Handle inbound calls on behalf of clients and answer frequently asked questions
- Accurately dispatch messages and provide exceptional customer service
- Serve as a virtual receptionist for multiple organizations
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor on calls
- Ensure excellent spelling and grammar in all communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work at least two weekends per month
- Friendly and professional phone voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Strong typing skills and general computer proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Familiarity with call center technology and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
