      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls on behalf of clients and provide excellent customer service
      - Answer frequently asked questions and accurately dispatch messages
      - Serve as a virtual receptionist for multiple organizations
      - Ensure a friendly and professional phone voice representing clients
      - Maintain strong communication with clients and team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work at least two weekends per month
      - Friendly, professional phone voice
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent spelling and grammar
      - Strong typing skills and general computer proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or call center environment
      - Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
      - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
