What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including an occupancy ratio of 85%
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and behavior
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions with clients
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
- Must pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal abilities
- Experience in a performance-driven environment where meeting goals is essential
- Demonstrated emotional resilience and stamina for long hours on the phone
- Basic computer skills for data entry and managing donor information
