What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize effective fundraising call structures and responsive listening techniques
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratios and shift adherence
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must work in the continental United States
- Must provide your own computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure professional interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening
- Previous experience in a performance-driven environment with daily goals
