      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
      - Follow client-approved messaging and utilize appropriate fundraising call structures
      - Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratio and shift adherence
      - Demonstrate exceptional customer service and react promptly to donor responses
      - Accept coaching and maintain a professional demeanor while working

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must work full-time day shifts Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday
      - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and own necessary equipment (computer, USB headset, web camera, wired internet)
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, fundraising, or collections
      - Must pass a background check
      - Clear and effective verbal communication skills are essential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A high school diploma or some college education is a plus
      - Experience in a performance-driven environment
      - Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information
      - Strong emotional resilience to handle potential challenges in fundraising
